Motion Abstract

Motion Abstract tells a poetic story through the interaction of painted characters and their emotions. Each month, a new chapter of this visual narrative is unveiled in unique and diverse locations, inviting viewers on an introspective and imaginative journey.

THE BIRTH OF MOTION ABSTRACT

In the wake of the "Woman, Life, Freedom" movement in Iran, when cries for freedom were silenced, a powerful force within me awakened, leading me to a new world of expression through art. This marked the beginning of my journey into expressionist painting. (You can see these works here).

These paintings, bursting with vibrant colors and fluid movements, symbolize freedom and change. Each brushstroke feels like a silent protest against injustice. Gradually, this art became an integral part of my life, accompanying me everywhere I went. It was as if I had found my true calling, my IKIGAI.

At the time, I had a regular job, but I always longed for something more. Painting nourished my soul and aligned it with the true essence of life. However, I still felt something was missing. Painting alone couldn't fully express the complex emotions I was experiencing. This led me to explore motion abstract, an art form where colors and shapes come alive and tell stories that words cannot.

My past experiences in graphic design, animation, UI/UX, filmmaking, editing, and special effects all came together to help me express my deepest emotions through this new medium. This fusion of visual and digital arts allowed me to break free from the limitations of the canvas and enter a limitless world of movement and sound.

My first private exhibition took place, and it was met with a great response.

After about two years of working on the idea of abstract motion and eight months of relentless effort, I finally managed to showcase my fourth piece in a private exhibition. I want to sincerely thank all my dear friends, especially Atefeh, Yana, Lilo, Mohsen, and Tiam. Without your support and companionship, reaching this point wouldn’t have been possible.

I’m incredibly happy and proud to have created this idea and brought it to life. Every moment of this journey, from the challenges to the joyful moments, was worth it, and it has made this experience unforgettable for me. I hope you enjoy watching this piece and that the positive energy I experienced during its creation is passed on to you as well.

Hope

My latest artwork, titled "Hope," was created in 2024. This piece represents my raw and unfiltered emotional experience as someone who had to leave their homeland, Iran, and family due to the sensitive political situation, authoritarian rule, discrimination, and restrictions. In "Hope," I’ve attempted to separate my emotions from my identity and express them through a narrative conveyed in three abstract paintings. These images capture the profound sorrow I feel, alongside hope, love, and longing for my country, brought to life through the interplay of color, animation, and sound.

Auburn Jazz

The familiar notes of jazz enveloped them as they entered the bar. As always, the music drowned out the noise, leaving only the melody. Yet, tonight was different. An unfamiliar energy guided their steps, drawing their gaze towards a figure with auburn hair. They approached, claiming a nearby seat. The jazz became the backdrop for silent exchanges with the auburn-haired stranger. Laughter mingled with the clinking of glasses, the rhythm of the music carried them to the dance floor. And with each touch...
